Maintain the ambassador and UGC database, contracts, and renewal and offboarding cadence.
Build and nurture community relationships through ambassador groups, local ski crews, grassroots activations, and regional events.
Surface community insights, emerging creators, and grassroots opportunities to inform marketing strategy.
Serve as the primary on-site point person for influencers and ambassadors at tentpole events, brand trips, pop-ups, resort days, and community activations; coordinate talent attendance, arrivals, needs, and overall on-site experience.
Maintain campaign timelines, project trackers, and key deliverables across influencer, affiliate, ambassador, and community initiatives.
You’re highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning the details that make great creator programs and community experiences happen. You’re genuinely plugged into the ski and outdoor world, love building relationships, and are excited to identify emerging creators, nurture community connections, and help shape how people experience Halfdays.
Experience/Skillset:
