Halfdays is a women's ski and outdoor apparel brand that's been building a loyal following in the US — and we're bringing that momentum to Europe. We're looking for a Sales Manager to help us grow the Halfdays brand across EU wholesale and retail markets, building the kinds of partner relationships that reflect who we are and what we stand for.
As our EU Sales Manager, you'll be one of our first hires on the ground in Europe. You'll own our wholesale business across the region — managing accounts, opening new doors, and working closely with our global sales team in the US to make sure we're showing up consistently everywhere we sell.
What you'll do:
Account Management & Sales Execution
Manage a portfolio of EU wholesale accounts, acting as the primary day-to-day contact for key retail partners
Lead seasonal market appointments — scheduling, prep, follow-up, and order entry
Monitor in-season performance and identify opportunities to drive reorders and maximize sell-through
Onboard new wholesale partners and support account growth across the region
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with EU buyers, retail teams, and distribution partners
Support in-store activations, merchandising initiatives, and brand storytelling at retail
Partner with accounts to identify opportunities for assortment growth, expansion, and marketing support
Market & Merchandising Support
Prepare for market with line sheets, pricing tools, and assortment recommendations tailored to EU buyers
Provide feedback on product performance, customer insights, and regional market trends
Support merchandising conversations to ensure strong, consistent brand presentation across accounts
Reporting & Analysis
Track weekly and monthly sales performance across EU accounts
Analyze sell-through data and share insights with the GM of Europe and global sales team
Maintain accurate account records, forecasts, and reporting tools
Identify risks and opportunities within the EU wholesale business
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with our global ops, marketing, and product teams to support wholesale initiatives
Coordinate with the EU Marketing Manager on retailer-specific campaigns and activations
Ensure alignment across teams for a seamless wholesale experience
4–7 years of wholesale sales experience in outdoor, apparel, or fashion
Existing relationships with EU specialty outdoor, ski, or lifestyle retailers — a strong network matters here
Experience working across EU markets and navigating the nuances of different buyer relationships
A builder mindset — you're comfortable figuring things out without a full infrastructure behind you
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail without losing sight of the relationship side of the job
Fluency in English required; German, French, or other EU languages a plus
Collaborative, fast-paced, and deeply cross-functional.
Remote to start, with opportunities for in-person coworking and an intention to transition to an in-office culture
Performance-based bonus (OTE above base up to 25%)
Equity participation in a fast-growing brand
Brand perks, including free products each season!
