Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and day-to-day leadership.

• Create and manage team schedules to support business needs and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, replenishment, and operational execution.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute in-store events, activations, and special projects.

• Drive sales performance by fostering a customer-first culture and maintaining strong product knowledge.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development initiatives.

• Ensure the store is organized, operationally sound, and aligned with brand standards.

• Act as a leader on duty and make informed decisions in the absence of the Store Manager.
