Halfdays is looking for a detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the day-to-day design needs of our marketing, retail, and events teams.
This role focuses on executing creative across a wide range of brand touchpoints — from email and social graphics to retail signage, event materials, and promotional assets.
You’ll work closely with the Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Director of Brand Marketing to bring campaigns and brand moments to life while ensuring everything is polished, on-brand, and production-ready.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Design
Design email and SMS marketing assets.
Design direct mail pieces.
Create social media graphics and templates (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Develop web graphics, landing page visuals, and promotional banners.
Adapt campaign creative across multiple marketing channels.
Retail & Wholesale Touchpoints
Design retail and wholesale signage and in-store graphics.
Create point-of-sale materials and visual merchandising assets.
Prepare print-ready files and manage production details.
Event Creative
Design event collateral including signage, menus, itineraries, and printed materials.
Create branded materials for pop-ups, community events, and brand activations.
Ensure visual consistency across all event environments.
Production & Execution
Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
Work within existing templates and design systems.
Manage multiple design projects and production timelines.
Support packaging elements including hangtags, labels, and inserts.
Please note that this role is part-time (~3 days per week) with the opportunity to evolve into a full-time role!
1–3+ years of graphic design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work.
Highly proficient in Figma.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Highly organized with strong production skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for layout and typography.
Excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative brand environment.
